★ Provisions term for Cancellation
In case of delegate that have applied and paid the conference fee that they cannot attend the conference before August 20th, 2019, 50% of the conference fee can be refunded; the conference fee is non-refundable after August 20th, 2019. (Except the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure).
